Premium Package for 360 Virtual / 3D Tours
As part of the “premium package”, your virtual tour will contain a row of thumbnails along the frame bottom, that are created and customized as the “highlight” features of your space. You’ll get up to fifteen (5 more than the upgrade package) rooms or interesting features to include in your highlight section.
The highlight feature can also include exterior 360° shots that are not part of the virtual tour. This also allows your visitors a virtual lean-back experience and lets you emphasize key features quickly for those who won’t tour the entire property. The visitor can simply press the “play” button near bottom left – after the tour loads – to take a pre-guided tour of the featured rooms.

You’ll receive up to 2 minutes of UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution video which can be included in your produced “highlight” video (see next section) as well as included in other separately produced videos. Footage is recorded at 100 Mbps in the latest H.265 codec for superior quality.

This video (up to 3 minutes in length), produced in full 1920 x 1080 HD or up to UHD quality, will really grab attention and allow you to cross-promote your space across multiple social media outlets like YouTube, Facebook, etc. It includes a dynamic music cut with edits to the music as well as motion graphics. You’ll get a high quality still photograph of every room on the tour as part of your package. These extra tags allow you to increase engagement in the virtual tour by providing information about features in your spaces by anchoring text descriptions and even additional pictures or media to specific physical locations.
